Senior Industrial Project Manager needed - Building New Warehouses - out of ground projects along with some rehab / additions.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a thorough understanding of construction processes.

Working from home - dropping on site as needed. Usually, a couple time a month.

MUST HAVE INDUSTIAL - FOOD AND BEVERAGE experience.

Refrigeration experience.

Duties

• Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with contract specifications and safety regulations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera to ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to establish project budgets and monitor expenses through effective construction estimating and budgeting practices.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process in a timely manner.
• Prepare reports on project status for stakeholders, highlighting any challenges or changes in scope.

Experience

• Proven experience as a PM or Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
• Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera; experience with Prolog and Bluebeam is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team collaboration and effective communication.
• Familiarity with contract management and compliance requirements is essential.
